Warranty Information

FoxAirBeds.com will warranty your original purchase, only when the Product is used for normal consumer use, and not for commercial purposes. This Product will be fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days with all Fox AirBeds brand Products. This period begins from the date of purchase, provided that the Product has been used and operated according to the directions in the product's Instruction Manual.

Important : Claims and Product-Return Instructions

No Returns will be accepted without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Before a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number can be issued you must first attempt to repair your mattress.

For Warranty claims to be valid, the purchaser must follow these instructions:

1. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from FoxAirbeds.com before returning a defective product. To obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; call us at (208)228-5790 or email us at info@foxairbeds.com. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Terms of Warranty

Under this warranty, FoxAirBeds.com will repair or replace any part or parts which may prove defective under the conditions described herein.

Customers will be responsible for returning the mattress to be repaired. We then will cover the price of shipping either for your repaired mattress or your replacement.

Obligations under this warranty shall not apply if our inspection shows:

  1. Any product or part has been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or has been operated contrary to the product's instructions as described in the Product Instruction Manual.
  2. Any Product or part has been damaged by a puncture by any object including, but not limited to, splinter, nail, knife, stick, stone, etc.
  3. Any product that has been damaged by pets including, but not limited to, cat's paw, dog bite etc.

Except for the expressed limited warranty set forth above, FoxAirBeds.com, makes no expressed or implied warranties in the agreement or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoxAirBeds.com disclaims all warranties, written, expressed or implied. FoxAirBeds.com expressly disclaims any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use or intended use of the product. In no circumstance will FoxAirBeds.com entire liability exceed the purchase price actually paid by the purchaser for the Product, or any defective portion, whichever is the lower amount.

30 Day Return Policy

FoxAirbeds.com offers a simple and easy return policy. As long as your product is in new condition and has not been opened, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. When returning your unused unopened merchandise, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by calling us at (208)228-5790.
  2. Print a copy of your original email invoice and attach it to the box along with your RMA number
  3. Send product to:

Please note:

  • Merchandise must be received in its original condition and packaging.
  • Merchandise must be returned freight pre-paid.
  • Credit will be issued to the original credit card once the returned merchandise has been received and conditions have been met.
